Code you own is security you own. So every app comes with a security report in plain words, and the assistant checks its own changes.
We check your database rules, secrets, dependencies and server routes — and explain each finding in plain words: what it means, and what to do about it.
Bubble’s privacy rules become database rules in Postgres. Anything we can’t translate exactly is locked down to the safe side and listed in your report.
Keys and secrets are stripped from your export when it arrives. Your app reads them from settings you control, never from the code.
Before the assistant saves a change, it’s checked automatically: a type check of the whole project, your security report (database rules, server routes, keys) and a scan for secret keys. If a check finds a problem the change introduced, the assistant fixes it — otherwise the change isn’t saved. It works in a sandbox that can only reach your project, never your keys, and every saved change is a version you can undo.
If something breaks in your preview, one click asks the assistant to fix it. Error fixes don’t use your credit.

No. You upload your export, make a few choices and launch through guided steps — no terminal, no setup files. To change your app afterwards, describe what you want to the assistant in plain words, point at the part you mean in your preview, or attach a screenshot. It writes the code; you check the result in the preview.
Bubble’s Agent 2 and the Bubble MCP (beta, October 2026) make building inside Bubble faster, and if you want to stay on Bubble they’re a good choice. What they build is still Bubble: elements and workflows, hosted on Bubble, with no code to read or export. deBub gives you a standard Next.js + Supabase app in your own GitHub and database, and AI that keeps building it — our assistant, or any tool you like, such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. When you launch, deBub creates your own Supabase database and copies your data, files and user accounts over through Bubble's Data API — it only reads, and never changes anything in Bubble. Bubble never shares passwords, so your users get one email with a link to choose a new one (or simply use “Forgot password”).
