01What it becomes

A React component that ships with your app that detects when an element is in view. The detector runs your workflows when its target scrolls into or out of view, with the same offsets, threshold and delay.

No extra npm package: the generated code uses React, Next.js and browser APIs only.

02What converts

  • Enter and exit events
  • Offsets, threshold, timeout and visibility state

03About this plugin

Visibility Detector.

Questions

Does the Visibility Detector plugin work outside Bubble?
Not as it is: Bubble plugins only run inside Bubble. In a Next.js app it is replaced by generated code — A React component that ships with your app that detects when an element is in view.
Will my Visibility Detector settings carry over?
Yes. deBub reads the plugin’s settings, conditions and workflows from your .bubble export and converts all of the plugin’s parts. Secret keys are the exception: you add them as environment variables.
